According to HG/T3264-1999 standard, industrial grade dicyandiamide is divided into three grades: superior, first-class and qualified, while electronic grade dicyandiamide has a purity of up to 99.8% and is mainly used in the production of semi-cured sheets the PCB industry, as a latent curing agent for epoxy resin.
