Electronic grade dicyandiamide is an important chemical raw material with the following characteristics and uses:

Stability: Dry dicyandiamide is stable in nature, but its polymerization rate is affected by and pH value.

Physical properties: Electronic grade dicyandiamide is usually white powder, with a relative density of 1.40, a melting point of209-212°C, soluble in water and ethanol, and slightly soluble in ether and benzene.

Uses: Electronics: Mainly used in the production of FR-4 copper-clad laminates, as a curing agent in epoxy resin adhesives.

Fine chemical intermediate Used to produce pharmaceutical intermediates, dye fixatives, fertilizers, rubber vulcanization accelerators, steel surface hardeners, artificial leather fillers, adhesives, etc.

Other applications: Used as a filler in artificial leather and as an additive in adhesives.
