Citric Acid monohydrate occurs as colorless crystals or white crystalline powder, density 1.54. Melting point 13-152℃. Flash point 173.9℃. Water solubility 1630 g/L (20℃). Mainly used food, beverage industry as an acidifier, flavor enhancer and preservative, antioxidant. It is also used as antioxidant, plasticizer, detergent in chemical industry, industry and washing industry.
